About Me

My photo
I am just a hockey loving lady who would choose a night in with friends or family any day. I work in Non-Profit and LOVE what I do. (Even if it requires me to work many crazy hours!) I craft/paint for fun & a stress reliever. I just keep taking each day as a blessing & challenge that will lead me down the right path. I can't wait to see what is in store for me next :)

Crafts from the past :)

Hello dearies! I am currently working on some fun posts, but in the meantime, I thought I would share some of my past projects. Sadly, I cannot find pictures of some of my favorites, but I won't quit looking :) ha. OK, so here we go!

This is just a little something I did when I was bored one weekend. (Acrylic paints)

This is my graduation cap. I used puff paint & hot glued on silver gems. Quick & easy!

My car for a 'Trunk or Treat'. . . I used a pink sheet & painted the eyes, ears, nose & mouth onto thick foam board.

This is my pumpkin for this year. I was going to paint it, but decided to try out my carving skills. It was rather easy: I drew on the negative space (what I was going to cut out) & then cut out all places with marks on it.

New crafts & more old projects are coming soon! If you have any requests, I will try my best to answer them all :)

Welcome dearies!

Hello! I hope that you are just as excited about this blog as I am! As you might know, this is not my first blog. . . (but I am still rather new at this!) My other blog is: Thoughts of the Lady in Pink. That blog is full of my thoughts, experiences and opinions. <--just in case you want to check it out ;)

OK. Now on to THIS blog. ha. This is where I want to share my craftiness! I will post pictures of any current or past projects, things i find that I love/plan on doing, tutorials on different crafts or crafting techniques, and answer any questions you have!

I am no expert, nor do I claim to be, but I am very passionate about doing different crafts. Why? Well, for many reasons, but mostly because it is a stress reliever and crafty gifts always make people happier :)

SOOO. . . I hope that you will comment often and most importantly ENJOY everything you see here!
